A woman and her four year old son got a shock when her son used a customer toilet on the Coop store in Gothenburg.
Suddenly there was a sound, several times. Then the woman went on and saw a big rat.
– It ran straight toward my feet and I started to jump up, says the woman to GT.
She took out from toilet, but had panicked and did not dare to lift down the terrified son from the toilet seat. According to the family dared not shop personnel pick up the boy from the toilet. It fetched a landing net, but it was too small to capture the rat, who hid behind the toilet brush.
In the end, the boy is rescued from the toilet by his grandmother.

The family received a gift and a toy plaster on the wound. It is not known what happened to the rat.
