Lifetime judge Kaj Linna is preparing a new application for revision to the Supreme Court. He wants to be freed from crude murder of a man in Kalamark outside Piteå 2004.
Linna, who claims he is innocent, has previously been rejected three stature applications.
His lawyer Thomas Magnusson says to Dagens Nyheter that the main point of the application for revision is that the witness changed his mind on several points, which affects his credibility.
