Police shot in the neck – Aftonbladet

A police patrol out on a routine mission was last night shot with a kolsyrepistol in Örebro.

One of the officers was hit in the neck.

At three o’clock in the night stopped the police car on a thoroughfare in central Örebro for verification.

Suddenly they heard shots.

“A colleague hit throat “

– They hear a number of bangs, four, five. A colleague gets hit in the throat, says Peter Persson, duty officer at Orebro police.

Police fared happily away without serious injuries and did not need to go to hospital.

– In contrast to the wound anträffar we a ball of some kind of metal, says Peter Persson.

Holes in the windows and doors

The shooter or shooters, should have stood at a distance and should not have anything with the car stopped to do. Peter Persson argues that the injuries could have been worse if the distance was shorter.

– When we did a survey on the spot, we saw several holes in the doors and windows on the opposite side of the street, says Peter Persson.

The deed classified as aggravated assault, but still have no suspects have been arrested.

– We are working on it, says Peter Persson.
