Now: Prosecutor wants arrest for murder – Göteborgs-Posten

GP guarded day detention hearings. Two people have been arrested, one on probable suspicion of aiding and abetting the murder and the other for aggravated assault.

Two young men asked during the Sunday prior to arrest the judge suspects for connections to the fatal shooting of Brämaregården on Hisingen in Gothenburg on Wednesday. One of them has requested remand for murder, alternatively, complicity to murder and serious drug offenses.

Today’s detention hearings began with prosecutor wanted to arrest a 19 year old man for murder, alternatively complicity in murder and for serious drug offenses. The 19-year-old man denied the charges.

His defense lawyer challenged the arrest.

The hearing took place behind closed doors.

Shortly before lunch came the news: The man is in custody probable cause for complicity to murder and serious drug offenses. Prosecutions must be brought no later than 30 April.

The other person arrested was requested detained on suspicion of aggravated assault and the district court went on the same line: He was arrested as a suspect on reasonable grounds, that the stronger degree of suspicion.

Shortly after the fatal shooting arrested four men, all in their 20s, in two different places and arrested on suspicion of murder. Yesterday was released two of them. But instead arrested two other men in the same age and were arrested for complicity in the murder.

When it comes to fatal shooting in Angered Thursday, police have not arrested any suspects. The victim there was a man in their 30s. The police see no direct connection between the two murders other than those in different ways probably have links to criminal gangs.
