Nevs go out of reconstruction – Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet

The deal, which was treated of the district court in March, means that the debts of more than 300 million to major creditors depreciated. None of the parties have complained about the deal.

Nevs plans to build electric Saab cars. The principal owner is Swedish-Chinese Kai Johan Jiang. The company became insolvent last spring and was later reconstruction.

In December, Nevs a first agreement with a major Asian automotive manufacturers, reportedly Indian Mahindra, who wants to become the new main owner. When reconstruction is now terminated, the negotiations with Mahindra move on.
