Ekeroth seek review in the Court of Appeals – Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet

The magazine had published pictures of Ekeroths movie from the so-called iron pipe scandal without paying compensation.

According Ekeroths legal representative has the district court assessed the wrong movie when it ruled that it would not be a cinematographic work.

Kent Ekeroth had requested 20,800 in damages.
