According to the judgment, the lawyer would have understood that the companies should have been declared bankrupt when he took the office of liquidator.
The court ruling will likely be appealed.

Otteland says among other things that there is a similar case from the Court of Appeal in Gothenburg, where the liquidator was not deemed to have been grossly negligent.
