A man was taken to Southern Älvsborgs hospital by ambulance after he was knifed in the district Sjöbo in Borås on Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to the scene at 14:30 pm and cordoned off an area for technical examination. Dog patrols were deployed to search for the culprit.
– The injured man is sedated in the intensive care and the condition is severe. He is carved on the upper body. We are working on the case, but we also need to talk to the plaintiff to obtain a picture of the incident, says Gustaf Lantz, investigation officers at Boras police.
The victim is known to police.
No suspects have yet been arrested.
