Enforcement premises in West Harbour is vacated with the exception of the four people who have been in contact with the letter. When the premises can be put back into use is unclear.

– It depends on what the police arrive at in his analysis of the powder, says Sven-Gunnar Jonsson, the district head of the Enforcement Authority in Malmö.

He has had telephone contact with the four staff members who are on the premises.

– They seem to be of good cheer.

Even a local at Hjalmar Gullberg street has been cordoned off. The letter was opened by routine Swedish Tax Agency at the address, but has since been taken to the Enforcement facilities in the harbor.

– staff with specialized knowledge of dangerous objects are in place, says Kim Hild at Skåne police.

Chronograph Inspector Christer Davidsson was at the barricades during the morning.

– We have not received any threats or similar. I have no idea what this is all about, he said.
